Luke’s Story
Luke and Boomerang
Luke has been with us for over a year now, coming along once or twice a week. Currently working towards his PhD in engineering, he likes having a calm space to decompress after work, but also enjoys the community aspect of Boomerang and the people he has met here.
Carving Club…
Luke runs our carving club, a drop-in session for people to come and practice green wood carving, using axes and knives as opposed to chisels. The ethos of carving club is about peer support, with more experienced people helping out newer attendees.
