A clean, geometric design. This lamp is built from laminated pine blocks, creating a solid, square form that shows off the natural grain patterns running through each layer. Simple in concept but sculptural in execution. This lamp was designed and made by Alistair, one of our directors. Alistair came to Boomerang in 2013 and started learning the craft of woodwork from scratch. Completely self-taught, he learned by watching others and experimenting in the workshop. He's been with us ever since, developing his own distinctive style - sculptural, creative, and always pushing what can be done with reclaimed wood.
